SCHOLARHIPS AND GRANTS
DWS has established scholarship and award programs for the purpose of assisting marginalized and underrepresented professionals interested in the advancement of their education in the wine, spirits and hospitality industries.
Our consulting services are geared towards creating cultural intelligence in the workplace, helping to implement diversity and inclusion plans, and tracking the economic benefits of D&I through key performance indicators.
